Bend Gallery is a small, artist run contemporary art gallery which occupies the corner of Weston Street and Division Avenue in the heart of the Avenue for the Arts. Serving as a multi-use gallery, art studio, artist collective, and living space, the gallery exists to bring community events and affordable exhibition space to the Heartside Neighborhood in Grand Rapids, MI.

Bend gallery supports and actively participates in First Fridays, a business and gallery hop on the South Division Corridor during the first Friday evening of every month. While the mission of the gallery is to support local artists living and working in the Grand Rapids area, there has also been an emphasis on bringing in artists and curators both nationally and internationally to utilize and exhibit in the space.

We’re taking a short break from exhibitions to focus on housing our art collective, Good Manufacturing Art Co.
